IVRs (interactive voice response) are automated phone systems that can facilitate communication between callers and operators. If the caller is already a customer in our system, it picks up their address details and loads them up on the screen. The operator has the provision to transfer calls from one department to another. Admin has the right to set up the Extension number for each department and their corresponding messages.
